Weekly Deals From Stampin' Up!

Good Morning!

It's time for the Weekly Deals from Stampin' Up! This week there seems to be a lot of ribbon! Which is great, don't get me wrong. I was just surprised to see so much of it. I, personally, love the satin stitched ribbons best. They tie a perfect bow with minimal effort. The decorative masks are also a favorite of mine. What's your favorite type of ribbon?

Have you ever tried Stampin' Up's punches? They cut much smoother and easier than other companies' punches. I was amazed the first time I tried them.

Irresistibly Yours Thank You Card

Good Morning! TGIF!

Today I have a card share for you. This was made using Stampin' Up!® products.

This card is a top folding 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" card base in Whisper White card stock. I used a piece of the Irresistibly Yours Specialty Paper cut at 4" x 5 1/4". The Irresistibly Yours paper is a FREE item in the Sale-A-Bration Brochure.

When you spend $50 in product, you get to choose 1 free item from the Sale-A-Bration Brochure! Awesome deal!

Anyway, back to the card...Irresistibly Yours is basically an emboss resist type paper, where you add color and the design on the paper shows through. I used Crisp Cantaloupe ink to achieve this. I then used the Hello You Thinlits to cut the word "thanks" out of Whisper White card stock. I added a white Baker's Twine bow under the word "thanks". Lastly, I layered 3 of the little flowers from the Itty Bitty Accents Punch Pack, punched in Whisper White. I added a rhinestone that I colored with Crisp Cantaloupe to the center of the flower. I placed the flower at the end of the word "thanks".

I made the yellow flower next to the card, but decided not to use it for this project.
